    Thank you for supporting Aawaaj Movement. As an organization dedicated to driving change, we rely on the support of our members and donors. The following policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds, cancellations, and payment terms.

    1. Cancellations

    If you have set up a recurring donation or subscription payment with Aawaaj Movement, you may cancel it at any time. Cancellations will take effect starting from the next billing cycle. To cancel a recurring payment:

    • Log into your account dashboard (if applicable) and navigate to the payment settings.
    • Or contact us directly at [email protected] with your transaction details.

    Please ensure you cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled payment to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

    2. Refunds

    All donations and contributions made to Aawaaj Movement are generally considered non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can occur. We will consider a refund request under the following circumstances:

    • An erroneous multiple charge was made.
    • An unauthorized transaction was made using your payment method.
    • An incorrect amount was processed due to a technical glitch.

    If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date at [email protected]. Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval, and the amount will be credited back to the original method of payment.

    3. Return and Replacement Policy

    Aawaaj Movement primarily deals with services, memberships, and donations. If we offer physical merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, campaign materials) as part of a fundraising drive, we will accept returns and offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. Return requests for merchandise must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

    4. Payment Terms & Currency

    All transactions processed through our website are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. We do not collect partial or advance payments for general services. Any specific event registration fees are required to be paid in full at the time of registration.
